Timelines and languages
We reply in English. Messages in other languages are accepted but the response will be in English. Average response time is three business days; in higher-volume weeks it can reach five.
What we don't respond to
- Requests for technical support with video platforms. These should be directed to the platform in question.
- Unsolicited commercial pitches, including product or service promotion.
- Link building or link exchange requests.
Messages within our editorial scope are read in full, even when they do not result in an individual reply.
